Dreams can be very powerful. We receive many messages from our dreams. It is Creators way of nudging us along our path. We are shown what needs to be done to create our new reality. Although Sun Bear is no longer with us......his dreams and vissions are being fullfilled as many people of all races have taken up the task of bringing all people of all races and all other living beings together in peace and love.

I have had many dreams that tell of this myself and I know that soon this will come to be.

When you have dreams that are crystal clear and move you emotionally........pay attention to those dreams as they are messages to you prompting you to act, or nudging you farther along on your personal journey.

Animals in dreams have special meaning as well, so pay attention to them.

There are many books out there that will help you interpret your dreams, and teach you how to remember your dreams.

Loss and Illusion

We must stay centered in our hearts and know that all will be well.

We can create what we need through love and INTENTION. We can create and manifest all that we need through Intention, Focus, and Grounding. We need never fear lack or loss.

We create our lives daily. If we let fear of loss enter our thoughts.........then loss is what we will have, and we have this by buying into the propaganda of fear. So don't let fear rule your life. Choose Love, Joy, Abundance, and Peace as we create our new reality. Create this new reality from your hearts and not from fear.

The Time For Balance

Many of us spend far too much time in one room or another, but if we were to spend an equal amount of time in each room everyday, then we would soon find that we can spend our days in every room simultaneously everyday and achieve that precious balance that at this time is so all important for a smooth transition. Many bumps and bruises will be encountered along the way if we do not have balance. Not only must we be balanced in our four bodies, but we must be balanced in our actions as well.

Two Wolves

One evening, an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all.

One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

Snow, Ice, and Evolution

We are alone standing here. The only movement is the wind, our constant companion, and it comes, the sudden ghost-like appearance of the White Bear, moving silently, steadily across the gravel and ice-covered landscape.

I often wonder if this magnificent animal will be able to adapt and survive the evolution that is taking place right now, at this very moment in time, or will he vanish as so many have before him.

Many animals will vanish, but many new species will appear to take their places. It is all a part of evolution. It has happened many times before.

And I wonder.............will man stop trying to prevent this awesome event, or will he continue to try and stop it?

Man cannot stop Mother Earths evolution, no more than he can stop his own. The Earth is evolving and we are evolving right along with her. We will survive this, but we must stop fretting about something that we cannot stop. Awesome and grand changes are taking place and we should be embracing these changes instead of fearing them. There is nothing to fear.

Mother Earth is going to do what Mother Earth is going to do, so relax, breath, and enjoy the ride.

How can we stand for peace, without fighting for peace you may ask? Well........standing for peace is so easy. It's so amazingly easy.

Every Man, Woman, and Child have been gifted with Free Will Choice. All you have to do is choose Peace. Feel it in your mind, feel it in your heart, and see it manifesting in the world, and we will have it.

We can get it can't we? We can have peace.

As I tread carefully through all the chaos on TV, I realize that it is ever more important now to hang onto the light and make choices based on Love, and Compassion. We can choose to continue in our old world of chaos and war, or we can choose a world of Love and Peace. If we can make these choices consciously, then we can pierce the veil of illusion that has been thrown up in front of our faces and see the truth. Peace and Love are real, and WE CAN HAVE THEM, we just need to make the choice.

We are the ones we have been waiting for

In a world with so much strife going on. It is not easy to believe that there can be total world peace.

But there can be, and now is the time to make the choice for peace, love, and harmony for our world.

At this time, our world is being recreated by us in our very thoughts and in our hearts. We are all one. We are all connected, and if we all want peace, then we will have peace.

So......hang onto the light and create our new world from your hearts. It will be a grand place to live.
